1. About Litloop

Litloop is operated by Ben Luxon, based in the United Kingdom. The service comprises a book recommendation and review website at www.litloop.co and the Litloop reading app (currently in development). The site provides book recommendations, reviews, genre guides, free writing tools, and free downloadable fiction.

2. Use of this website

You may use this website for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

3. Litloop app

When the Litloop app launches, the following will apply:

• You must be 13 or older to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You may not use the app to harass, abuse, or harm other users
• You may not use the app to send spam, unsolicited promotions, or automated messages
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• User-generated content (reviews, notes, messages) remains your property. You grant Litloop a limited licence to store and display it to provide the service.
• Private notes and messages are not read by Litloop staff except where required to investigate a safety or legal issue

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including articles, reviews, tool code, writing prompts, and design — is the property of Litloop or Ben Luxon and is protected by copyright. Short excerpts may be shared with attribution and a link to the original page. Full reproduction without permission is not permitted.

Free downloads (short story collections) are for personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or published elsewhere without written permission.

5. Affiliate disclosure

7. Free downloads and email list

8. Writing tools

Writing prompt generators, name generators, and other tools are provided free for personal and creative use. You are welcome to use generated content in your own writing without attribution. We make no claim of ownership over names or prompts generated by these tools.
